Located in Lugo (Spain), this spectacular spa resort has been renovated using the Cupira Hueso collection by Cerámica Mayor, an extruded porcelain stoneware solution that faithfully reproduces the texture and elegance of natural slate. This outstanding hospitality project brings together water, design and wellness to create an exclusive spa project, where functionality, safety and premium materials combine to deliver a unique experience for every guest.

The entire spa has been finished in this elegant light tone, from the swimming pool tiles in a 60×120 cm format that cover the interior of the pool, to the pool coping completed with Creta pool edges. The result is one of those sophisticated porcelain stoneware swimming pools where visual continuity, durability and architectural integration transform the aquatic area into the true focal point of the wellness complex.

The project also incorporates a complete range of special ceramic pieces developed by Mayor, including RJ25 ceramic drainage grates, cove trims and an efficient pool drainage system. These solutions optimise water evacuation, improve hygiene and simplify the daily maintenance of the spa while ensuring seamless transitions between floors and wall finishes. The entire installation is completed with a C3 anti-slip porcelain finish, providing maximum safety in wet areas without compromising elegance or durability.

This project demonstrates how the solutions developed by Mayor make it possible to create some of the finest swimming pool projects for spas, wellness centres and hospitality developments, combining innovation, design, safety and outstanding technical performance.
