This exclusive residential project combines an elegant private terrace with an exotic-inspired pool, where the Bali collection by Cerámica Mayor recreates the aesthetic of Balinese stone and Sukabumi stone, materials traditionally associated with tropical swimming pools. The result is one of those outstanding porcelain stoneware pools capable of creating a direct connection with nature, bringing an organic character and a unique atmosphere of relaxation.

The pool has been clad with pool tiles from the Bali collection in a 30×60 cm format, a solution in porcelain stoneware for swimming pools designed to reproduce the beauty of natural stone while offering all the technical advantages of ceramics. Its tones create a spectacular turquoise-emerald water effect, characteristic of pools inspired by Sukabumi stone, adding visual depth and a sense of wellbeing that transforms the outdoor space.

In addition to its aesthetic appeal, this surface features a C3 anti-slip porcelain finish, ensuring maximum safety in wet areas and circulation zones around the pool. The visual continuity between the pool and the terrace allows all project elements to blend into a single architectural composition, enhancing the feeling of space and harmony.

The project was developed through the collaboration of Grupo Welltech, responsible for the pool construction and technical development, together with Exitprojectes Arquitectos and TailorBau Studio, who led the architectural concept and design definition. This partnership has created an outdoor environment where architecture, landscape and water coexist in perfect balance.
