In this residential community in Villaviciosa de Odón (Madrid), the swimming facilities have undergone a complete renovation, transforming them into a modern, safe and durable leisure space designed for intensive use. The project incorporates Cerámica Mayor solutions in porcelain stoneware for swimming pools, combining design, durability and high technical performance to create an outdoor environment of outstanding architectural quality.
The development includes a 16 × 7 metre main pool and a 7 × 5 metre children’s pool, both featuring an overflow system with ceramic drainage grates, pool coping and technical supports developed by Mayor. Manufactured in extruded porcelain stoneware, these solutions ensure seamless integration between the waterline, the porcelain pool coping and the surrounding paving, creating a clean, continuous and highly functional finish.
The pool decks and circulation areas have been finished with the Crosscut Petra collection in a 120 × 60 cm format. Its C3 anti-slip porcelain surface guarantees maximum safety in wet areas while offering outstanding resistance to wear, chlorine, UV rays and demanding weather conditions. The same material has also been used for outdoor showers and footbaths, reinforcing the visual continuity throughout the project.
This project demonstrates how the solutions developed by Cerámica Mayor make it possible to deliver exceptional pool projects, where innovation, functionality and design come together in perfect harmony. In addition, the Mayor Pool Simulator allows architects and homeowners to explore different finishes, colours and layouts before construction begins.
