The property features a large-format overflow pool seamlessly integrated into the garden, using a ceramic solution designed to create visual continuity between the pool, the terrace and the surrounding outdoor areas.
Inspired by the look of Bali stone and Sukabumi stone, the Tropic Turqueta collection recreates the distinctive green, turquoise and blue tones that have made these natural stones a benchmark for designer swimming pools around the world.
Its 14.7 × 14.7 cm format makes it possible to achieve the visual effect of Bali-style pools, while its C3 anti-slip finish ensures safety and comfort in wet areas and high-traffic outdoor environments.
Beyond its aesthetic appeal, porcelain stoneware offers significant technical advantages over tropical natural stones: greater durability, lower maintenance requirements and outstanding resistance to water, sunlight and pool chemicals.
